Coldest Winter Ever </3

Coldest Winter Ever A Poem by HeartsxDesire

I'm so used to feeling you always around me,
The snow falling from the sky to the ground,
The wind blowing so hard that its make my body shake,
This was where you came in,
to keep me warm,
inside and out.

As the snow falls on the ground,
so does my heart knowing that your not here with me.
It just isn't the same anymore,
Knowing that i have to live my life without you,
Now I have to go through obstacles by myself.

The biggest mistake I ever made was believing in you,
The words that you whispered,
the moments where we cuddled because I was cold and helpless,
the times you told me you loved me and would never let me go.
The wind from the cold stormy day,
represents my soul escaping my body,
and making me feel useless.

My body so tender,
I told you don't break me.
Instead you took my pride,
you stomped it on the ground,
and you left with my heart there ready to die.

This is going to be the coldest winter ever,
Alone, sad, feeling pathetic and empty,
your warm hugs and protective shield no longer there,
Now i'm here trying to defend myself against this storm,
but it feels like the storm is stronger then me,
and this winter will be the coldest,
As i have to fend for myself, and mend my own heart.
In this chilling room all by myself with you not around.
