Chapter Twenty Four- Darin's ViewA Chapter by Heartful5160Once I let Jessica's parents gather themselves into the living room, I moved myself back up to the front of the living room, once again blocking the view of the television I felt Jessica take a grip onto my hand, "Go on and tell them, babe," she replied. "Okay, so the real reason why Jessica wanted me to tell ya'll this was because, she knew that your marriage is falling apart," I said. "How does she know that?" her mother wondered. "Because she was watching you from above. Bathroom issues with your personals belongings," I explained. "Tell them that I know my father quite loving my mom when she quite respecting herself and that's being quoted by my father," Jessica asked me to tell her parents. "She wanted me to tell ya'll that she knows that you, Mr. Henders has lost love for your wife, Mrs. Henders, when she quite respecting yourself," I said pointing to her mom, " She knows that you, Mr. Henders said that, because she saw it with her own eyes that one morning that ya'll were fighting in the bathroom. She wants the marriage to stay together. She wants ya'll to stay together. She loves seeing the view of her two parents loving one another. She was wondering if ya'll knew that she was still here, would ya'll stay together. Keep the marriage alive," I informed them. "Darin, don't you know that one day, she'll pass over and either way me and her father, our love and relationship, can't be saved," her mother said. I looked to Jessica for words and more lead way on what to say next. "Please Darin, we know that Jessica loves us being together. She loved it when she was young, and she loves it now, but that was the only reason why we tried to keep the relationship building, but the walls just kept on falling. The spark was lost after she was born, it seems. I don't know, may be we were just never meant to be," her father said. Jessica looked so hurt and confused on what to say or do. I knew that this was the outcome that she was dreading. I just wanted to hold her, but I can do that tonight, after I get back from Laterious's house. Plus, if I did that right now, they would think I'm crazy, but they don't understand. I left the Henders to gather themselves and figure out what they're going to do from this night on. I called Laterious, to let him know that I was on my way to his place, " Yeah, man I'll be there in about ten more minutes. You got some gifts for me or something?" I asked. "You wish, but you never know. I guess my love for you isn't enough, huh?" he teased. "Man, you know I love you back. But look if you did get something for me, I'm going to be straight up with you, I didn't get you anything," I said. "Man, that's cool. Wasn't expecting anything." " Thanks man, look I'll see you in a bit, alright?" "Alright," he hung up and I turned the corner to leave out of the Henders neighborhood. I kept my eyes on the road, and kept driving. As I was turning my phone had fallen out of my lap and landed on the floor where the pedals where. I looked up from the road and see if the road was clear to see if it was safe enough to try to capture my phone, without getting hit. It was, so I reached for my phone and the next thing I knew I was flying in every inch of my car. My head hit the windows and the next thing I saw coming my way was the tree that was in front of me. I felt the car flip over and land on it's hood and from there, I blacked out. © 2015 Heartful5160 |
