Life's Not Fair!

This piece is about how I could complain about how my life isn't fair, but at least I have a life that I'm living.

Life's Not Fair

I don't like the house I'm living in, it's not fair!
I don't like the food that's on my plate, it's not fair!
I don't like the clothes I'm wearing, it's not fair!
I don't like the kind of parents I have, their too strict, it's not fair!

Why not be grateful that I have a roof over my head, while others are struggling
to find a home? I think it's quite fair.
Why not enjoy the food that's on my plate and eat it, while there are kids without
food to eat? I think it's quite fair.
Why not be grateful that I have clothes to put on my body when it's cold or hot? I
think it's quite fair.
Why not be glad that I have parents that will look out for the best of me and even though there strict, while other kids may not have parents that love them as hard
mine do? I think that's quite fair.

I agree. We must not look at what others have. We must be happy for whatever God has given us. Life is never fair, we have to accept it and move on. A really good write :).

PS : I think there is a "typo" here --> "even though there strict," should be "they are" :)
