Pain so great

Yes the pain is great

for man women or child

no one should face it

but it certainly isn't mild

Domestic violence is its name

and it doesn't happen to women alone

its a very terrible thing

but its not very well known

many do suffer

and many do die

they say they still love

but that is a lie

who can hurt what they love

its not part of fate

what kind of person

puts someone through pain so great
