How I feel about poetry , what it means to me to write

Poems don't have to rhyme
They don't have to flow
Say what you want
Just so you know
Poems is helpful
Healing indeed
Poetry is the medicine
My body needs
When life gets too rough
I stop and I write
Making sure I've written down my thoughts
Each day and each night
Poetry should come from the souls
From emotions as well
Write when your happy
Or when you feel like your in hell
