After you are done reading the poem, the first letters all add up to a phrase. :)

I'm mad,
Lonely and sad.
Obviously hurt, and
Very angry of some sort.

Excited I was when
You said you loved me.
Obsessed with you I became,
Undoubtedly my mind was filled with thoughts of you and your name.

Sadly, these lovely moments didn't last,
Undying love for you was becoming the past.
Nevertheless, I sucked up all the pain and,
Now I realized I'm in love with you once again.

It was all a part of fate and
You knew it wasn't me you wanted to date.
And yet you played with me until the August of 2008.
