Pulling Away

This is my first ever poem written in the summer of '07. Congrats to me, I have a title for this one. :D

All I wanted was to love you,
But all you said was no, thank you.
That's when you started to push away,
Oh, my love, stop already,
You're heading the wrong way.
The further you went,
You started to believe I wasn't alive,
Well, I got news for you, girl,
After hearing this,
My heart has begun to die...
