SilenceA Poem by Sam yay! Some rhymes about silence
The sound of silence
There was a sound. Many a call But then the silence Overcame us all. The silent man He was a quiet man He silently stood He sneakily snuck Out into the wood. The silent animals There are turkeys and chickens stuck onto the door! I doubt I can take it anymore. 'Cos while I've been talking until my words slurred, They haven't said a single word. Silently sneaking Silently sneaking Is an art of peeking So before you go seeking Come take a look! The humming book There once was a book. It talked all day long! But on the day of quiet It silently hummed a song. © 2016 Sam yay! |
