Regrets

I cry in vain

for I have caused

my own pain

Vomiting my truth

as reality

I must have driven others insane.

I look back now

and cover my eyes.

Oh the embarrassment!

The things I did!

I just want to die.

How can this be doctor?

are you sure?

Shutting down mentally, What is worse?

No cure.

Brain, driven to nuts now.

I laugh at myself

It is the only way

We all have those cringeworthy memories we wish we could forget. Yes they are all there in everyone's cupboard. The art is not letting them take over. I bet there are plenty of good things to remember too. Laughter is great medicine. If you can laugh at them, learn from them and move on, you are healed.

I have so many crazy memories!! Some I laugh.. Most actually.. Rather good or bad... But there are some I wished, I could bury my head in the sand, when I think about them. Haha...
