Sempiternal

Sempiternal

A Poem by Harmartia Poe

The blinding white

Appears a casting light,

Reaching out.

The white is a sound.

Impossible, you have found,

To describe.

It calls from the cold,

Yet the message is old,

Feeding lies.

If you listen, please

Your world will ease.

Summer, at last.

Eternal, they say,

But what's gold can't stay.

Winter buries all.

Harmartia Poe
One of the few rhyming poems you will see from me lol. I was inspired to write this after watching and listening to the music video for Bring Me the Horizon's "Shadow Moses". In case you haven't heard, here it is :)
