The Womb Of Time

creative expression begins with the moment something appears in front of your minds eye...as an empty page taunts thoughts and evolves moments

hours slowly drip

onto the taunting empty page

the water color palette

dries as if it were thoughts penned

onto a tightly stretched canvas

its been said so many times before

similes... form clots at the tip of the quill

words... finally surrendering to gravity’s flow

the ink scribes the rumination

passing the same stuttered notions

thoughts expressed another way

in another poignant passing moment

metaphorical sleights of hand ~

dry onto the sheet of paper

as traces of past now’s…

miles of written reverie spun

like a spider reprocessing,

carefully savoring,

each fine silk thread of web

spinning the womb of time...

thanks for stopping by Moon...It has been a while for me as other things about life needed attention. This describes a bit of my time over these past months. I have always been a big believer in saying it another way until I can understand...sometimes I even need to let it go and come back to it...Hope you are well...

Yes MOON, it is...I still do PT 3 times a week but the pain is less and my quality of life is better. Life seems much brighter after a pretty dark year. It seems normal however to have some situational mood disorder with huge swings with such drastic lifestyle changes caused by unexpected injury and then "the recovery process" Maybe hit me a tad harder than outer without my genetic tendencies. Hey thanks for the support and know I am more whole than I have ever been since I joined WC 2 weeks after the injury and soon to be one handed shortly after. I want to check out what you have been writing these days...we will talk more then ~
