Freedom

Freedom

A Poem by Arlen

Every generation we must face struggle

Fighting ourselves in this war of tuggle

Forget the past, we're all in this together

Fall in the future or float down like a feather

Pumped with fear so we won't want to know

Behind the scenes a few run this show

They fear we might redefine freedom's name

I got quarters, so I'll teach you this game

In the beginning they came along and brought us disease

Eating away the mind and body, the dying people beg please

It doesn't matter what color we've all been a slave

They condition our reality and manipulate the brain's wave

1984 in a false vaccine they introduced the world to AIDS

Through the media they secretly enter and make their raids

Beyond the wars and lies they try and divert our attention

Right here, right now, your mind's now longer on suspension

Along the search for freedom we must have blended unity

Our thoughts from fear withhold a loving global community

Playing their haarp they bring upon natural disaster

Choose to be free only if you believe the soul's master

In this global shift it may be easy to put forth blame

Remember the fight and struggle all in freedom's name
