Regaining Energy

 I begin with a walk in nature and observe the beauty around

 

Listening to the breeze and every singing bird's jubilant sound

 

Closing my eyes I imagine I am drawing energy around me in

 

Inhaling each deep breathe, the energy swirls and stays within

 

A higher vibration within reach but attainable without fear or doubt

 

For so long we've let the negative become the landlord that locks us out

In the shower I imagine all the negative thoughts wash down the drain

 

I am a child of light cleansing every emotional and traumatic pain

 

Realize a body is not a body but an energy being filled with light

 

Energy lost anytime the ego takes control to use words just to fight

 

Regaining your energy lies in a mental state that has to be reached

 

Beware of the vampires of energy that cause security to be breached
