Soaking in vinegar

Soaking in vinegar

A Poem by HareRama
"

Just some thoughts.

"
Soaking in vinegar I wonder why I climb into this tub.
Each past wound cannot heal and keeps burning me.
I keep trying to let them heal and keep my mind busy.
Temptation leads me to pick at the scabs and open it all again.
At what point does this s**t mend itself?
What do I do to help it along?
Some days I try to lay in the aloe
It all seems to ferment into vinegar.

Very interesting poem, I enjoyed it. "At what point does this s**t mend itself?" It feels like it takes forever for things to heal/change. I feel you there. Thanks for sharing!
