Just a thought that I had while thinking about how I can better inspire those around me. I sang it while I was writing, and I may add to it later.

There's so much

Within the rest of us

To pull ourselves

up and out

To rise above the clouds

And there's enough

Within the best of us

To help those

Without a voice

Create wondrous sound

It's up to us all

To rise when we fall

Step forward and

Never look back

It's up to you

Right now to choose

To muster the

strength that you have

I really like the way you ended this poem. It is really simple, but also very powerful at the same time. It might be an interesting exercise to compress this piece and try to make it as brief as possible, and then post that as a separate poem. I always find that to be really helpful in narrowing down the most important ideas within a piece.
