A poem about grass and mountains

Looking at the Mountains Through the Blades of Grass

 

The wind blows the snow across the mountain tops

They seem so far away

Lying here in the grass

I see the difference between the grass and the mountains

I’m so far away but almost at the same distance

It takes my breath away it does

I can feel the ants in my breath

And I become dizzy because of the height and poor air flow

This is surreal but very real

So thin and yet so thick

The mountains and the grass are as one
