What Am I?

 

I’m hairy,

Im sweaty,

I smell,

I’m next to the abyss,

I’m dark,

Yet bright red,

Everyone seems to like me,

Well at least half of people anyway,

I bleed,

I dispose of waste produce,

I reproduce,

Yet I am all alone,

Solitude…

I’m happy by myself or with company,

I produce yeast and multiple types of bacteria,

What am I?
