Still Perfect

Still Perfect

A Poem by HappyAccident

She was beautiful typical nowhere in sight

No blonde, No blue, crooked no

Adolescence froze, black heads rose

Still perfect

A lisp so she couldn’t talk right

Pessimism? Non-believer

Beyond her time, satellite receiver

Still perfect

No lies in sight

Nothing for granted, life above all

She loved trial and error, many “run into the walls”

Still perfect

Influence, still no change in sight

Girls look, what’s wrong with her ,What did she do

Can’t be envy ,she says there’s nothing to pursue

Still perfect

It’s gets to her, no hope in sight

Cut the fabric, Miss the skin

Too much of a coward to try again

What happened to perfect

no one is perfect...This was quite beautiful! I REALLY enjoyed it. ''Cut the fabric Miss the skin'' I could just see scissors...cutting cloth lol. It's sad that society says people have to be ''perfect'' We are all special in our own way.

-One thing that confused me ''No blonde ,no blue, crooked no''' What did you mean by that? Other than that this was good.

This is great =D.
I just stopped listing to Eminem a few minutes ago, and sand this poem in the same rhythm, and wow it fits.

Hmm. Perfect.
Colorful and Profound in a rather unique fashion.
Especially now that I understand the significance of the dish.

We are all innocent at one point then turned...wrong by something or another. We may think we are born perfect or that someone else is, but everyone has something in their life they are not proud of. I think this is wonderful write. Very...perfect for what people think and feel. :D Keep up the fantastic work

Beyond her time really means she was always older in spirit and the satellite receiver is really like an "Explanation " to why or how shes beyond her time

"Cut the fabric, Miss the skin" - so she missed huh? If it leaves a scar, she should know that scars are tattoos with better stories :P

Perfection is a state of mind defined not a state of being in my opinion. Perfection cannot be defined as we "the people" are making assumptions as to what perfection is. It is a very flawed concept, hence why I think we are all FlawedByDesign :D

The one thing that flew over my head was "satellite receiver", maybe you can explain that one to me.

Well done.

"It’s gets to her, no hope in sight
Cut the fabric, Miss the skin
Too much of a coward to try again
What happened to perfect"

{I love all the imagery and this clever last phraseology -very creative-
---and this format is great-this poem sounds really great read aloud}

...i love it...
