What is love 

Well

Love is hard 

Love is something you need 

You need love to feel safe

It makes you happy

It make you feel warmth 

It makes you feel sympathetic 

But it also makes you hurt 

It makes you cry 

It makes you sad

And it makes you angry 

So why is love so important 

If it makes you happy and sad 

Here's why 

To express love you have to be only human 

And being human can be hard 

Which is a part of why love is hard 

Its hard because the one person 

Who can make you the happiest you can be 

Can also make you the saddest you can be 

So why don’t we just run away 

Well it’s because of love 

Its that emptiness we feel without it  

But also emptiness we feel with it 

If there's something missing in your life 

Its love 

Because we cannot live without it 

Because we are only human 

And to be a human you need love
