You Deserve the World

A candle flickers softly in the dark
casting eerie black shadows to leave their mark.

The candle illuminates the room
eliminating all despair and gloom.

The flames dance gracefully and bright
as they desperately impel the room to ignite.

You are the candle and the room is my mind,
you are my life and without you I'm blind.

You are the most beautiful and greatest friend,
you were always there  to help my heart mend.

You  deserve everything I wish I could give it to you.
You deserve a amazing life do you realize this is true?

You deserve a guy to love you forever.
You deserve a guy that will never say never.

You deserve a guy to tightly hold your hand.
You deserve a guy to that will always understand.

You deserve a guy to softly kiss your head
as he gently lays your drunken body in bed.

You deserve a guy to trap you in a web of love and to be tightly twirled.
No you deserve more than all that you deserve the world.
