The Point of No Return

The Point of No Return

A Poem by Marchosias D'Azreal
"

I watch too many movies.

"

He sits there in the darkness,

Always waiting for me,

To make the wrong move.

He watches from the shadows,

Writing his Opera,

A play in which we shall perform.

He rips from my neck,

the necklace I wear,

Upon which is an engagement ring.

He is the one who takes me down,

Down into his lair time and time again,

He takes me past the point of no return.

I know it's rather odd, but I got the idea from the Phantom of the Opera. Rate and Review.
