Bored to Death

Bored to Death

A Poem by Marchosias D'Azreal

Peering into the darkness,

Past the gates of Hell,

I stand straight up to see,

While the light shines behind me.

An angel with wings black as night,

Takes me through the darkest corridor,

Past the guard dog Cerberus,

Stopping at the river Styx.

He leaves me be,

As I wonder what to do.

Soon after I get bored,

Jump into the river, and let the current sweep me away.
