not my style! not my choosing!
but, having found the pattern interesting, and a bit vibrant... i'd say its a well formed, poetic statement... Alas, not a poem! yet i find it appealing!

Short, simple, and somehow quite endearing.
The whole thing feels like it's been summarized. I think that if you went and expanded on this, it would really have a stronger impact. Maybe a verse for each adverb?
I'm not sure, I'm not very familiar with poems. But I liked this one.
