I know I how I feel

Maybe I am out of touch

When I speak from the heart

It can feel so lonely

It is all right in my head

That could be good enough

You take it all in

But where does it go

This is why we hide

Perhaps the honesty is too much

I have high hopes

While I anticipate the fall

But I can’t stop offering

Until you reject or accept me

I only know that I will love you

Even if it hurts me

I like the style in which your poem is written, every first line your voice for the "other", every second line the voice within your heart and mind. Your final line is precious. Very heart-felt, something every reader can relate to at one time or another.
