SicknessA Poem by Hana Saemonan insight on what's going in the mind of someone with bulimia/anorexia/eating disorderI have a
sickness It eats me
inside It seduces
me Slowly
killing me, and I try to hide
I can’t
stop this sickness For awhile,
it’ll be alright Momentary
madness, down again Losing the
ability to fight
I know this
sickness 12 whole
years of it It has been
better Then again,
I will lose it
Once again,
this sickness A sickness
of society It dwells
in me The devil,
I can’t see
This
sickness Helpless Emptiness Darkness
This
sickness My image At a loss So damaged
This
sickness Can I ever
recover, Or am I
meant to be Broken
forever? © 2013 Hana SaemonFeatured Review
