The wind beneath my wings

this is for my mother, hope she enjoys it.

No words are the same,
no words can fill,
no words can tell you,
how you truly make me feel,
We have had those time,
back and fourth,
at face to face,
we have had our fights,
but we have also had our laughs,
we've had our differences,
and we've had our similarities,
we've been there for each other,
and sometimes we haven't.
Not a day goes by that I dont need you,
not a day goes by that i dont love you,
not a day goes by that I think about you,
not a day goes by that I dont miss you,
not a day goes by that you haven't been in.
And I dont want a day to go by, that your not in.
I want you there for all those happy memories,
I want you there for all those bad memories, to help me through
I want you there for all those days I need a friends,
for all those days that I need someone to listen,
for all those days that i need someone to care,
For all those days that I need someone
to show me they love me for me,
to show me that I matter in  someway,
to show me that I am strong,
that I can do it,
that I can change the world for better,
You have been there when I needed someone,
You were there when I didn't believe in myself
You were there when my life was falling apart,
You were there when no one else was.
I grew up confused,
I grew up frustrated,
I grew up unloved by certain people,
through all those times, you were there,
through all those times, you stood in there
you held my head up high,
you made me have faith,
you made me belive,
you made me believe in myself.
Through all those years, you held in with me,
through all the good,
and all the bad,
through all the happy,
and all the sad,
through all the laughing,
and all the yelling.
I wouldn't be the person I am today,
without you,
and without you,
I wouldn't be anything,
you were what held me up,
and now I can spread my wings and fly,
and you will always be the wind beneath my wings.
