Friendship can be an amazing gift that you can give someone.

Friendship is someone dependable.

Friendship is an opportunity to be heard.

Friendship is complciated. how can friendship be complicated when he or she decides to lie to you and than covers that up with another.

Friendship is a chance to save someone else's life. someone can be having an off a day and or someones home life is not what it may seem. you can pick them up and show them a brighter side to their life.

Friendship is an opportuntiy to get to know someone new.

Friendship is a open heart.

Friendship is a lending hand.

Friendship is being humble.

Friendship is sharing experiences.

I like this poem, however, I feel like its being told. The rule "show don't tell". How can friendship be complicated. How can it be an opportunity to save someone's life. It makes you think about the characteristics of friendship. Maybe showing it through examples can enrich your work. Good Start.
