Immortal Love

We have been placed on Earth to fall in love ,
So when we find the One
We are drawn like a magnet to that person,
The connection becomes electric.

We notice this person across a room full of people,
We recognize their scent on the wind,
We can’t take our eyes off of them,
We are truly mesmerized by this person.

When we find this love
We feel like we have known that person our entire life
And maybe a life before that,
We feel drawn to every being of this person.

Every movement they make,
Every sigh they draw,
Every smile that comes to their face,
We feel like we have seen it before in another lifetime.

We keep falling in love with them
Over and over and over again,
Every minute we think of them,
Every day we love them more.

So when the times comes to say goodbye
We know its not the last time we meet
For when we both die
We find each other again in the after life.

If we become reincarnated
We will be drawn to each other still,
Love is called Immortal for a reason because it never dies,
It is only temporarily misplaced until the day when we fall in love all over again.
