Love is Hate

Love is Hate

A Poem by Hajar

Love is hate

As darkness is the absence of light

As light embraces darkness.

Love burns, runs thought the veins

It takes possession

Of all thoughts and senses,

A rose without its thorns

Calm and warm.

Hate is cold, vicious and sad

More than a thought

It is an idea of vengeance,

Pride and anger which made a child

Inside one’s soul

Born to be wild.

Love is hate

As darkness is the absence of light

As light embraces darkness.
