Rain of Mercy

Rain of Mercy

A Poem by Hafiz Mohammad Yasir
"

With all the darkness, all we can hope is that nature may change mankind.

"

In the hearts of high mountains,

In the canopied forests of pine & plantain.

On shores laughing with bluish delight,

sun spreading love's light

Snow white, peaks bright,

Clouds at amazing height.

Fall down, rain of mercy,

Unite all that’s earthly.

Beautiful Petunias, colourful Dahlias,

Wonderful camellias, graceful Gardenias,

All flowers bloom now,

Make man, in front of God, bow.

Busy bees, please, cleverly cease,

Hatefulness & jealousy, man’s greatest disease.

Nectar of brotherhood, make man praiseworthy,

Unite all that’s earthly

Fall down, rain of mercy,

Unite all that’s earthly

Rain lovely, clouds swirly, drops misty,

Unite all that’s earthly.

Fall down, rain of mercy,

Unite all that's earthly
