Splinters

Splinters

A Poem by Hachamecha

Oh, splinter in my foot
Sneaky little piece of wood,
Originating from the bottom of my boot
Getting in as far as you could.

Get the fudge out
You suck,
A lot.
What luck.

A sigh of satisfaction
All that pinching and squirming paid off
stupid splinter, you were but a distraction
One I can finally just cough off.

With weary limb,
I set you free
Letting you choose your next victim
As you please

Gaah, splinters are so annoying. Especially when they are in your feet. D: Ahah, I found this poem quite humorous, and well written.
