Ghost

Ghost

A Poem by Hachamecha

neglected

unnoticed

invisible

I'm the kid

that was invisible

that no one can see

the one everyone was deaf to

the one everyone wanted to rid

I had to go around

scream my lungs out

yell about

for people to hear me out

When they hear me

they pay little attention

nasty glares

crul comments

occasional

"shut up"'s

I want company

to talk

to talk to one person

who would laugh, and joke

instead of showing sympathy

I need somebody

But I dare not say it
even though I'm just a ghost

Nodody can hear me
sometimes I think

that I'm really a ghost

until someone pushes me

teases me

leaving me bloodied

My parents care less

fancy dresses

expensive jewlry

I have no one

Why are you mean?

Why are you ungrateful

when you have everything?

Why do you complain?

Do you know

how much I would kill

to not be the ghost that I am?
