The Slytherins

A Chapter by Gabrielle Conroy

Title says all

Samantha Slytherin was in a deep sleep when suddenly her twin, Salazar, woke up and shook their whole bedroom.  "SAL! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Sam was a gorgeous girl.  She had green and black hair that went down to her shoulders and had freckles all over her face.  Its punk-rock style was good for her complexion.  Her body was very fit and curvy.  Every girl wanted her body and every guy wanted to caress it.  She was standing at a mere five feet and two inches.  Salazar was quite handsome because of his muscularity.  He had jet black hair and deep brown eyes.  Sal was slightly taller than Samantha with a height of five feet and six inches.  Samantha was the oldest and most authoritative figure of all of her siblings.  Sal was younger than Sam, so he always got the short end of the stick.
"I was getting up.  It's ten o' clock, Samantha, I think it's time for you to get up too," Salazar said.
"Um...NO! I can do whatever the hell I want! I may be shorter than you but I'm tons more cool and I'm older than you!" Samantha yelled.
"You know what, I'll wake up the rest of the house because I AT LEAST I HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR MY SIBLINGS AND RESPONSIBILITY OF MAINTAINING OUR MUGGLE 'RELATIVES'' HOUSE!!"
"Ya...Sure...Whatever you say little brother."
Samantha and Salazar frequently got into fights about respect and responsibility.  They, along with the other fourteen Slytherin children, had been spoiled all of their life.
The eight bedrooms in this huge mansion were all the same, dark forest green walls with silver and black barbed wire designs around the room and a dark gray ceiling.  The two oldest went to the bedroom next to them.  Savannah and Salem, the next set of twins in this large family, slept in that bedroom.  Vanna was more innocent looking than Sam with rosy cheeks and a smile that would brighten anyone's day.  Salem, just like his older brother Salazar, was quite muscular.  But in this set of twins, Salem was older the Savannah.  "C'mon you two, time to get up! Aunt Magdalene is making a quick breakfast! Your favorite.  Bacon and eggs with a side of toast!" Sam and Sal said.
"We're coming, we're coming hold your horses!" replied Savannah and Salem.
After hearing the ruckus outside their bedrooms, the other six sets of twins arose from their sleep.  The only set of twins that was two girls, Sarah and Stefany, were the first to get out of their room.  Next came the boy twins, Shawn and Steven, followed by Seth and Serafina. The laziest of the clan walked like snails out of their respectable bedrooms.  Stella and Sterling were the third to last set of twins and third to last to mingle downstairs.  The final two sets in this sixteen children family, Samuel and Soleil and Skylar and Sawyer, came downstairs to a very angry aunt and uncle.  "How dare you fifteen come late for breakfast!" Uncle Damon yelled. "Aunt Magdalene worked hard on this breakfast and you lazy asses decide to come late."
Feeling ashamed of coming late, the sixteen Gaunts sat down and ate.  Once they finished, they quickly ran upstairs and got dressed, but before Skylar got half way up, she heard hooting outside the window in front of the stairs but just kept walking.  "Kids! You've got mail!" yelled Aunt Magdalene and Uncle Damon.  The sixteen Slytherins sounded like a stampede of elephants rushing down the stairs.  They were excited because that was their first letter, or any type of mail for that matter, since they moved in.  Sarah was the first to grab it then all of them ran to the luxurious living room to read it.  "Hey guys, it's addressed to us from...Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."
"What's that?" Seth asked.
"It's a note to us Captain Obvious," said Serafina sarcastically.
"Thank Lieutenant Sarcasm for your unneeded input."
"No problem."
"ANYWAYS! Let's get back to the letter! Keep reading Sarah." Samantha said angrily. "Alright:
'Hello Gaunt children,

My name is Professor Minerva McGonagall and I am Headmistress of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.  You probably already have knowledge of a new dark force is attempting to invade Hogwarts yet again.  We, me and the rest of the staff here at the school, are asking if you can assist us in destroying whatever magical being is out there.  I have also sent a letter to the Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, and Hufflepuffs.  These four families are our only last hope of saving Hogwarts and eliminating the dark force once and for all.
For the sake of knowing which house you are in, we ask you all to purchase or create clothes that have the same colors as your corresponding house.  You, for instance, will have to dress in green and silver, but black is also an option.  Optionally, hair color can be any of the colors.
Please reply immediately and use this same owl I sent you.

Thank you,
Minerva McGonagall

P.S: You are all going to meet at King's Cross Train Station on Platform 9 and three quarters in London at eleven in the morning sharp.'"

Sarah put the letter down slowly onto the marble and glass table and they all sat still.  After about twenty minutes of complete and utter silence, Samuel said, "So...whataya wanna do?"
"I don't know, but, if I were to make a decision," Sterling said, "I'd leave the decision up to Sam and Sal since they practically raised us all and they know what's good for us."
Salazar shot a look of death at Samantha because of the earlier argument about respect and responsibility.  Everyone agreed with Sterling.  "Hold on before we jump to conclusions, let's think about this.  Slytherins and Gryffindors have never gotten along and I think everyone knows the feud that's going on between me and Salazar and the two oldest Gryffindors right?" Samantha said. The room was filled with mumbles of agreement.  "So, do you guys want me and Sal to get us all in trouble by getting into feuds with them." Everyone shook their heads.  "Well then I don't think it's safe for the well-being of our lovely family."
"But, sister, there might be tons of cute guys you can--you know--get intimate with," Salzar said persuasively to Sam.  She was known around the neighborhood as "the one who gets pregnant every time she has a boyfriend." At the age of twenty-one, she had twenty-three boyfriends and twenty-four children.  Ever since their parents died, she went down a bad road.  She dressed extremely provocatively because that is what the guys want.  She rarely ever paid child support and was barely in her children's lives.  Samantha raised her eyebrows in satisfaction. "Ah, I see you like that.  But that's beside the point.  I think it would be good for all of us to get out of the house for awhile and hang out with people with the same powers as us." Again, mumbles of agreement were in the room.
"So does that mean we are going to rid the world of evil and violence?" Samantha asked. "Evil, yes.  Violence, maybe," replied Salazar.
"Let me ask Aunt Magdalene and Uncle Damon first." Sam ran as fast as she could in her stilettos to the kitchen where they were reading the newspaper.  She asked them if they could go and told them why.  Maggie and Damon were all for the idea and said yes.  "Pack your bags kiddies, we are off to Hogwarts!"
"YAY!" everyone screamed.  Before going up to their bedrooms and packing, Sal took Samantha off to the side.
"Do you promise that you'll hook up with as few guys as you can while we are at Hogwarts?"
"Salazar. Haha.  Oh Sal, do you seriously think I won't do it with as many guys as I can? Because I will.  That's who I am and you have absolutely NO right to change who I am.  Now I just want to have a happy trip and I want to get along."
"Me too." Salazar and Samantha hugged and ran upstairs to gather their belongings.
The sixteen Slytherins loaded their luggage onto Steven's magical cart that has the ability to hold up to twenty-five bags.  They said their goodbyes to Aunt Magdalene and Uncle Damon and apparated to London, England.
