crusading avengers keep gifted in light

find the moral with a motive so right

give to the weakest though small they seem

remembering always the watering stream

the gathering, with the giver of life

sets far apart those who have strife

not on the land with temptations of envy

after this roll there will be plenty

crusading avengers that wrought not our souls

keep your soothing crest open tolls

a gate, a blast, a rocking vein

what would jesus do? is the saying

the giver of life in tormented ways

knows what he knows of our coming days 

temptation of the wrongest kind

look past avengers leaving behind

only those who are gifted in light

will ride the wings of the giver of life

i almost think of superheroes in this...and some that can't be defined necessarily as straight good ...there are questions about everyone's motives and soul...but many are basically good...with good intentions...

We all need someone to show us light at times, in case we forget where the light switch is ourselves. Sometimes the light is welcomed, sometimes not. Sometimes it is the thought that counts, but maybe for those that don't count them, it will be the thought of the thought that gets through. We can but try.
ps....Don't worry Holly, this review even confused me when i re-read it. I should have just stuck to "great write Holly" :-)
