I_______________________will not sue property owner

for any reason at anytime in the here now or future.

I_______________________jump on the trampoline of

my own free will under no duress.

I_______________________will drink my libations responsibly

and drive my vehicle at my own risk.

I_______________________will run to the store for ice and if I

am harmed due to direct ignorance of purposely slipping on

the juice spilled in the aisle due so of my own free will.

I_______________________will be on my best behavior but

if not it is my problem.

I_______________________will maintain all of my own financial

obligations on my own not holding the home owner responsible

for any net loss I suffer.

I_______________________acknowledge upon signing this form that

I have cleared any third parties entering into this obligation will

not be held accountable for any of my own personal ignorant actions.

Alright now that that is out of the way...let's party.
