Cheat

Cheat

A Poem by Holly Mason

lurking behind
under the awning
watching with eyes
so devilishly appalling
creepy man
with the death
of a star
driving along
in satan's car
screeching tires
ghastly brakes
by giving her death
he forgives
his mistakes

Unsure of the scenario to be honest, but this romps from lurk to scream to death to self.retribution - so many emotions in a few words, finely put.

This gave me chills Holly, not sure if this is to be taken literally or not...still, death is death, no matter faulty breaks or however it happened, no one could forgive themselves for that one.

I understand and my pleasure...
okay this is intense...

did you mean "satan's car"?

i may be way off...but i got a guy cheating on his wife...and then he kills his mistress, either literally or figuratively...and thinks that assuages his guilt.
