Interviewing Essence

Hello have a seat,

I see you would like our secretary position.

You seem very qualified how fast can you type?

I am only a breath, I am only a slight presence.

Well do you have computer skills? 

I have thoughts that permit me to be.

Can you be on time? That has been an issue.

I am here, but not here at the same time.

The most important question...are you a team player?

I can play with many at once or one player at a time.

We will be doing call backs at the end of the week,

we will let you know.

I already know...essence cannot be hired, 

it should be gradually introduced to work.

Sounds almost like the secretary I just hired...she is an essence of what I really wanted. It is so hard to find good people. :)=

Nice one Holly. I interview a lot...everyone would answer an empahtic yes to all of these questions and then show up late the first day, play solitaire, take an hour and a half for lunch, leave early because they don't feel good and then complain because they don't get a raise after 30 days.

gradually introduced to work...although there are good employees out there...somewhere..the last pool guy I hired slept in the truck every hour on the hour awake half the time...then thinking about it he wasn't awake when he was awake
