Sun Lilly's

Sun Lilly's

A Poem by Holly Mason

Here is where the light fairy's play
coming with a soft song to lay
sun lilly by the flowing stream
fairy light with her body beam
rays of peaceful ribbon light
wrapping the stars with delight
fluttering wings of paradise
sun lilly fairy's shine on tonight
she whispers a dust of fairy breath
so long sun lilly for fairy death
and with no light for fairy's shine
no sun lilly could be divine

This is fantastic! Something so sweet doesn't require proper punctuation, because it DOES feel right just the way that it is.

thank you very much*)
Forget the punctuation...this was breathtaking...
such vivid, colorful imagery...made for a beautiful, radiant write..
Good use of metaphors as well...
I was surprised by the last line..
I thought it would read "and all sun lilies are divine"
The entire body lead up to that and yet you let it go...
Great write never-the-less
completely enraptured me...(is that a word)
it really is so light, lily, ethereal, and playful...

Enchanting magical description. Vibrant visual cues. Melodic flow that set my heart to singing. You are correct in the author's note, "This just feels right"

Its a happy color... :)
I love the fact so badly you transform day and night, into those ray's of light.
And you listen to what is really important, keen insight, on what is beautiful,
and this was mesmerizing, as a lot of your writes are. Indeed, divine is the word,
Thank you so much for sharing Holly :)
