The meadow is filled with fresh blooming flowers

listening to the brook it is flowing freely

cold to the touch but so smooth

the smell of hay is in the air 

peacefully blind

This is really quite nice. The brevity of the piece works for you, I think, and you've managed to communicate a very deep concept in a relatively short space. Just a small formatting note - line 2, I feel like it might be clearer if it ran something like this: "Listening to the brook - it is flowing freely"
As it is, it's just a little confusing. Other than that, this is very good.
