Dear Humans,

    Hello I am your conscience.How are you?Well I guess I know

the answer.HAHA.Now what I am writing to you about is the

pressure you are putting on me to make right choices.I am not

as strong as you think.I would like some extra time to think about 

some things.I need to review some of our life choices.Should we

tell on Matt at work to get a raise?What will we do with that money

we found?Can I tell our b.f.f. that her husband spends nights at our

weekend place?I have been asking to talk for awhile.You are ignoring

me again.I know it is easier to ignore me then take advice you do not

want...but I live here to.So now I have reverted to writing to you because

whispering in your mind has gotten me no where.You better write me

back or I am leaving for good this time.I have forgiven many things but

that cannot continue.You will learn with or without me.Please write back.

I like this. The barriers we build to ignore what is essentialy, us. Inner thought and self perspective should be as natural as coffee in the morning, yet it is the one thing we can shut out with impunity. Maybe one day we'll get it right :-)

I am seriously starting to think that I am not a poet except for the fact that a very gifted teacher of mine held my hands when I was 16 and made me promise to always write...I really just thought of this...non of these things are going on in my life I just love ideas coming up with them, then running with them,seeing where it takes me..I am also glad your not human it makes it so much easier to talk to you hahaha I am not shy ,I am not broke, I am not easily led astray, I am a poet*)I just want to find my niche

I enjoy reading what you write. I believe you will find your niche, it just takes time and never giving up. I would like to say thank you to that teacher and thank you to you for adhering to your promise. Sometimes when I read poems on this and other sites, I do not know whether it is something that is actually happening in the poets life or not. Most of the time I just assume it is, but it shows a lot more creativity if it is not. Holly, you are a poet, you express yourself well, you're not afraid to take chances and I look forward to your work. Your poetry would be worth a lot on my planet. :)

Well for me, I have a full time, 12 hour a day job and I am past my prime, but you, you are still young and I think if you want to you should go for it. There are a lot of things I wished I had done and I always wanted to be in advertising. As far as being a creative writer, that is what we all are. I write on several sites, on is all flash fiction and another is short stories. I just like to write. There is a contest going on at Authorstand.com for a short story with the theme "Dinner". The rules you have to have Dinner in the title and it has to be 1000 words or less. you should check it out. Oh, the deadline is this Friday, but there is still plenty of time. I am entering.

I don't facebook and this site has much more interaction than the other sites I write on. I like Authorstand just for the short stories and the fact that people will read them. This contest is, for lack of a better term, very friendly. Everyone who enters also reads and rates the others, that is how the winner is determined. It is just a lot of fun and you can be as creative as you like. If you do, look me up I will introduce you to some of the writers.

I do not ;like facebook now I understand my mothers frustration it is actually all over the place and confusing...I will certainly try the authorstand I actually asked Chris today about other writing sites....I love to write love it so much it was out of my life for twenty years so this has all been exciting and new to me

Well like I said, Authorstand is different from this site. there is not as much interaction, but I have made some good friends there and I have fun hearing what others think about my work and reviewing their work. There is another site I write to a little; booxrix.com it is different as well. I think you are a good writer and you should continue if you enjoy it.

Holly, have you ever tried writing Flash Fiction. I find it very challenging and very rewarding.

no Ihave not I will actually have to see what it is I do not mind admitting that my mind has been dead so long I had a ruler in my life my intelligence was a hinder to him..so quiet I was for years...I will learn though I asked some one for help today but they just wanted to write stuff that is not for me it was very disappointing here I thought him and I were becoming friends then nothing oh well I have a lot to figure out and only so much time I can do it!Flash Fiction I like the sound Flash Fiction oh so fun to type and say

Flash fiction is really cool, the goal is to write a complete story, beginning, middle and a twist for an ending in 500 words or less. It is not easy, but so much fun when you can bring it together. I have a few posted here if you'd like to check them out just let me know.
