Napkin StainA Poem by Holly Mason
Within our souls lies ways untold,
what does each of us hold? Problems of the, I told you so's. I told you not write on that paper. I told you no ink would save her. Blood stained napkin says it all. Give it back ,don't post a wall. All dirty and stained ,on you I call. This bloody napkin says it quite clearly. I told you so, she is not nearly, the girl I thought you would hold dearly. This napkin is kissed in red not stained, So smile ,I told you so's wrong again.
