and you take your time

do not mind that this is easy for me

do not mind that a quick pen is witty

and you take it so surely

do not mind

do not mind this entire experience

do not mind those that lack

do not mind that this is it for me

and that for you it will go on

this reminds me of "finding forrester"

jamal starts with william's words but then finds his own voice.

i wish for some poets it would come more easily...when we work too hard at it...it sounds like we worked too hard.

reading this again it actually sounds snotty didn't mean it that way
another writer keeps asking if they can take my main idea use it but with their own words this was my way of saying please do I love to see where an idea takes each writer I have simply held it all in so long it won't stophahaha

but i do think this could be taken either way, positively or negatively...and that opens the door to swing both ways...which to me makes it good poetry...let the reader figure it out for him or herself.
