crock pot

Recipes for life...

add a little of this

and a little of that

keep it in a crock pot

that's where the magics at

how can a pot

plugged into the wall

make a person feel

a million times tall

because it fills 

a room with love

family will show up

even push and shove

the smells are enticing

the pot is so warm

filled it with everything

that's out of the norm

mix it all around

then try a taste or two

leaving some for everyone

that is what I will do

football in the background

kids are everywhere

that is what life's about

please pull up a chair

our crock pot is flowing over

with warmth and good cheer

although when it gets warm out

we will be switching to beer
