Self PortraitA Poem by Travis Gibson (poetic heroics)For WC... my first piece composed entirely on WC.Dark, coiled locks cascade down passing broad shoulders; framing a chocolate brown face with high cheek bones, and a slender button nose. Full lips that love to kiss dreams and high hopes. The strongest feature are those eyes, strangely, they hold within them strength and weariness. They've seen too much, but still they refuse to shut. They paint such a tragically, beautiful portrait... that I am glad to call my own. © 2013 Travis Gibson (poetic heroics)Author's Note
