Opening

LAST TIME ON BEYBLADE! Angelo was chosen to participate in the second battle of the quarter strike. Representing the regular bladers is a large boy named Pudge. Also in the battle is Aaron, the son of Roman, the Leader of Royal clan. Pudge manages to Take out the bladers from the Firesword, and Earthshock clans, but is knocked out of the battle by Aaron, With his bey's Double Fusion Arrow Shot Finally, it was just between Aaron, and Angelo. After his Double Fusion Arrow Shot proved ineffective against the mighty bulk of Terror bull, he pulled a surprise on Angelo. He used a third special move called Triple Fusion Arrow Shot. The attack pinned bull down, and It looked like it was over, and it was. Angelo suddenly discovered a third special move of his own, The destructive Fear-Inspiring Bull Fury, which gave him the win, but frightened him when mark showed him a playback of himself with his body contorted into a monster.

The leaders agreed to postpone the quarterstrike until the stadium could be fixed. As they got back to their section of the parking lot, Bruno suddenly appeared in front of Angelo. "Well, well. You're just full of surprises aren't you? Here." He tossed another specialty token to Angelo. Followed by a regular token. "But let's try and use that last creepy move sparingly. Shall we?"

"I don't plan on using it again."

"Good." He walked over, and climbed aboard his bus. Bug stared at the tokens with bulge-eyed awe.

"WOAH! More tokens! You're so lucky!"

"Thanks, but I don't feel lucky. That really freaked me out."

"It should have." Sophia stated as she walked up to their bus. "It certainly was different." She climbed into the bus. "Alright, who's hungry?" The boys complied, and a cook came in and made hotdogs with sauerkraut, relish, cheese, and french fries on the side. After dinner, they folded out the couches, and the table, and turned in.

The city looked terrible. The buildings were smashed, people were running and screaming in the streets, and a small child was sitting on the sidewalk screaming for her mom. The sky was pure black, and red and black bolts of lightning stabbed at the ground. Then there was the voice. "Beautiful isn't it? It can all be yours. Terror is the power. USE THE POWER!"

Angelo just about fell off his bed when he jolted awake. "You alright?" Bug was sitting on his bed with a can of coke.

"Yeah, I'm fine." He climbed out of bed, walked to the fridge, and pulled out another coke. "Just a crazy dream."

"Sounded more scary than crazy to me."

"Sounded?"

"Yeah. You were rolling around, and muttering."

"Oh."

"Please Jacob, please."

"NO! I WON'T MAKE US LOSE BY PUTTING OUT OUR WEAKEST BLADER!" Julie drew back at his biting answer. Her large magenta eyes started to quiver as tears brimmed up in the bottom. The sight made Jacob instantly ashamed. He dropped his gaze to the floor. "Alright, with that alliance of theirs we're going to lose anyway. Just...just do your best." She gave him a quivering smile, but the tears still came. She wiped them away, walked over to her bed, picked up her 3DS, and started playing her favorite game. Kingdom Hearts.

As he took his seat, Jacob fully realized he was in a rotten mood. He didn't even listen as the clan leaders chose their bladers. "I choose Angelina." He muttered blandly. One of the bladers that took her place at the newly replaced stadium caught his eye. She had long red hair, and pale skin. She drew out a turquoise colored bey, and loaded it like an expert. He leaned over to Bruno. "Who is that blader?"

"That's Sophia. She's representing my clan. The Shadowscythe." Jacob was shocked.

"SHE'S...SHADOWSCYTHE?"

"Yep. You were expecting a bunch of ugly people weren't you."

"Well... I don't know what I was expecting."

"Don't let the dark and mysterious demeanor fool you."

"Well, that last guy was definitely creepy."

"That was Angelo. He's actually a really great guy. We warned him to refrain from using that move. He was just as scared as us. You know, He's only been a blader for a week?"

"Really?" Bruno nodded.

Roman finally stood. "THREE...TWO...ONE... LET IT RIP!" He sat down very dejectedly. Aaron's defeat was an obvious dissapointment to him. The bladers launched, and the clan bladers started their usual gang tactic, but it looked like Julie was expecting it. Her bey somehow jumped over the four converging beys, and instantly shifted direction, and slammed one of them out of the stadium. Jacob almost fell out of his chair. It was impossible. Julie couldn't be that strong. Of course Bruno had said that scary Angelo guy had only been a blader for a week, and he was the most powerful Jacob had seen so far.

Pegasus smacked into the other girl's bey with a deafening clang, but the strange magenta bey didn't give an inch. In fact, it actually counterattacked, and pummeled Pegasus with a series of heavy hits. The other bey came forward to battle, but only bounced off of the strange bey. Sophia decided to take action. "SPECIAL MOVE...DIVINE PEGASUS...FEATHER SHANK!" The feather shaped bolts flew all around the stadium. The other blader's bey was knocked out, but the other girl's bey took the hits like they were nothing. The two remaining beys battered at each other until Julie decided to end things.

"SPECIAL MOVE...DESTINY WOLF...NOBLE DESTINY FLARE!" The bey gave out an ear-piercing whine, and a flash of magenta light momentarily blinded Sophia. When the light died down, Pegasus lay at her feet, and Wolf was leaping into julie's hand. Sophia thought that she would fall over with shock. Even Jacob looked amazed, and Julie suddenly fell over in a faint.
