Glue

Glue

A Poem by Ronda
"

This is about losing your idenity in something. In my case it was a relationship and I no longer was me, but his girlfriend.

"

She sat on the vanilla
heart shaped pillow
picking dried glue
off her fingers

Attracted to her warmth
the dandruff flaked

and stuck in tiny sheets
that were invisible to the
naked eye

Inside every groove,
every crack,
every fissure of her prints,
filling them in and
leaving her identity
unknown
