Saving the Day againA Chapter by SorEmber and Terrence try to help Tinker Bell.
"Ahg!" cried Terrence in desperation. "I've tried so hard to fish her out, but I just can't."
"Oh, Ter," Ember said. "I'll help you. I bet we can do it." So the two decided to dive back down. Eventually, Terrence went under after Ember came up for a breath, and muttered: "C'mon, Tink. I won't let you down. I can do this!" And with one great tug, she was coming up with him. Ember looked excitedly at them as she helped Terrence put Tinker Bell on the boat. "I knew you could do it!" she exclaimed. "See, it just takes belief." "Yea, but never ask me to do that again," Terrence responded. "Oh, I will, believe me." "I don't know if I should believe either of you. You stowed-away on my boat." "Ter, you wouldn't do that to your girlfriend, would you?" "No, I guess I...WAIT! Girlfriend! Where on earth did you get that idea?" "Admit it already!" Ember was obviously annoyed. "You like her a lot." "No, I just... just... fine!" "You admit it?" "Yes," Terrence replied reluctantly. "Boo-yah!" A few minutes later, Tink started coming to her senses. "Tink," Terrence began quietly, "would you..." "Yes, Terrence?" Tinker Bell asked him. "At the Spring Ball..." "Yes?" "Would you save me a d-d-d-dance? There, I said it! You probably think I'm foolish." "Terrence, I will. But why would you think I would think you're foolish?" "'Cause I asked you a stupid question." Tink smiled weakly at him. "Terrence," she started, "you're one of the kindest Sparrowmen I know. I would never think you were foolish." "Uh," Ember said quickly and slyly. "Sorry, we don't have time for, uh, romance." "Romance!?" Tink and Terrence said looking up at her driving the boat. "Where on earth did you get that idea?" "Oh, nowhere," Ember replied.
