Fear sleeps in a dumpster

Wearing nothing but what she wore to her birthday

She doesn’t bother to keep her eyes open.

Honor leans against a lamppost

His cloak flows gently behind him

His sword is quickly unsheathed.

Harmony sits quietly on his doorstep

Her milky white dress is soaking wet

He doesn’t feel like letting her in.

Sickness traipses through the evening dusk

His suit still smelling of the cleaners

He will collide with a car in a few moments.

Lust can’t sleep in my bed during sunlit hours

She tosses in the lingerie I bought her for Valentines Day

I try not to notice the fact that she doesn’t love me.

Insanity can’t stop tying his shoes in the kitchen

His suit is torn and ragged

The limo slowly pulls into the driveway.

Intelligence repairs the TV in my living room

His overalls are stained with oil and grime

I can hear the sounds of science occur behind the screen

Sleepiness brushes his teeth in the bathroom

His duck printed pajamas snug around his waist

He can’t find any mouthwash so he uses whiskey instead.

Trance crouches in a shallow lake

Her light orange skirt drifts on water

She lets the high tide gradually wash over her bare chest.
