Just a bunch of bits and pieces that have popped in my head over the past couple of days

when everyone hates
and we desire our fates
it's no wonder that
we'll all walk alone

through experience
and all our difference
the darkness inside
becomes so well known

uniquely all the same
all with our hidden source of shame
in our shadows
our similarities are shown

oblivious to all the pain
to each individual walking with cain
block it all out and continue
like theres nothing to atone

don't you see i'm sad
despite all of my bad
in truth we're all the same
right on down to the bone
