Broken Pieces

Broken Pieces

A Poem by Giulia King

When I asked her:
"What's your inspiration?"

She answered with tears in her eyes:
"The broken pieces of my heart."

A million thanks! :)
Its good to keep a few of those pieces on the shelf for inspiration when your other musings aren't producing. Captivating and devastating all at the same time. You may be the queen of Summation living in the Kingdom of "I can write a novel in a sentence"...lol. Really love your writing.

This is so haunting in just a few words.... I felt this to my core, I have lived it as well.

Far, far too many can say those words.. but, of course, nobody can place them in the way you or anyone else can feel them. A wonderful write and in so few words. '..with tears in her eyes '

Always near at hand, if needed.. x
There wouldn't be much to write about if we were always whole. I like what it means.

You're most welcome! :)
its hard to see the pieces falling but somehow putting them back together is why we fell apart in the beginning.
